New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New York follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Their Panna Cotta Milk Tea never disappoints. Although itโ€™s more pricey but the panna cotta part is so smooth it melts and blends with light milk tea! The wait can be long sometimes.

Milk tea wasn't bad, mini taro balls are a touch undercooked where they pinched off the piece. Better than boba, still, though. Service was a bit on the slow side... they made the milk tea and then it was another few minutes before the guy at the window noticed the lady had finished my order.... I pointed it out. Store also has the back area where you can pick up other food types like the fried Korean hot dogs and some donuts.

ordered my usual drink, and it was not made right. I was told the ingredients had been changed, but that still does not excuse serving something different from what I ordered. I took one sip, realized it was wrong, and asked for a replacement before even leaving the store. The employee refused. To the management team: one way to ruin a business is to leave kids in charge of a business. The lack of professionalism and refusal to correct a simple mistake is unacceptable. I left the drink there and left the place.

The mango cream smoothie is legit one of the best things Iโ€™ve had this summer. Machi Machi never failed to surprise me: their NEW Grapefruit Green Tea series and Coffee Milk Tea series are straight-up FIRE. ๏ผŠMango Cream Smoothie w. Jelly Pearl & Grapefruit Jelly ่‘ก่„ๆŸšๅฅถ่“‹่Š’ๆžœๆ™ถ็ƒ $9.45 The dreamiest tropical drink combo, aka ๆฅŠๆž็”˜้œฒ in a cup! The drink was loaded with real mango chunks, jelly pearls (my fav), and grapefruit jelly. ๏ผŠRoasted Meringue Coffee Milk Tea ็ƒค่›‹็™ฝ้œœๅ’–ๅ•กๅฅถ่Œถ $8.25 I opened the lid to scoop up the torched meringue and it was so fluffyโ˜๏ธ Like a dessert in one sip, slightly caramelized. The combo of coffee and milk tea reminds me of HK style yuan yang (้ด›้ดฆ), while the aroma of the tea base is more like the one from taiwanese boba shops. ๏ผŠStrawberry Latte w. Panna Cotta ๅฅถ้…ช่‰่Ž“้ฎฎๅฅถ $8.45 Their no.1 bestselling and my all-time favorite drink. It is on the pricier side but you can find actual strawberry bits in the drink. Definitely on the sweeter side. * The above drinks are fixed sugar and contain dairy.

This is one of the few bubble tea places that opened before noon. There is plenty of space inside but no chairs to sit down. It is very convenient to order through the information kiosk. The order is prepared quickly. I chose buble matcha tea a very light and refreshing drink. There's also plenty of food and desserts. Check it out it you're in a neighborhood.
